You must credit me in a visible place on any social media that features your model (i.e. Twitter bio, Twitch/Youtube about, etc) using my Twitter handle: @Nowi_Rigs, Bluesky handle: @nowivt.bsky.social or a direct link to my Carrd/VGen profile if possible.

For Model Art commissions, a design or reference sheet must be provided. If you need a design, I might offer this service at an extra cost.

For Live2D Rigging commissions, ensure that your model art is a ready to rig PSD file. Extra cutting can be provided at an added cost. Minor changes like cutting and filling can be provided with the permission of the original artist without added cost.

For Live2D Rigging commissions, I do not hand over the .cmo3 file (editable file for Live2D). I am able to provide extra add-ons for your model in the future if needed (at an extra cost), unless stated otherwise for any reason.

Prices of my commissions are subject to change at anytime.

Communication will be done through Twitter DMs, VGen chat or, preferably, via Discord DMs.

Updates will be provided for each step of the commission that I complete (i.e., eye rig, head angles, model art sketch, etc.). I will continue to work while I wait for a response.

The time of completion for a Vtuber model can greatly vary depending on type of commission, complexity of the model and number of extra features. In general, it can take from weeks up to various months. For this reason, please let me know beforehand if you have a set deadline or debut date so I can ensure the delivery before then.

For delivery, a Google Drive link will be provided, leading to a .zip or .rar file containing various PNG files and the PSD file of the model art and/or the fully rigged .moc3 and .json files needed for Vtube Studio. The .cmo3 file (editable file for Live2D) is not included.

Prices are in EUROS.

Payment is accepted through Paypal.

Prices include commercial rights.

I take 100% payment upfront, before I start working on the commission. Alternatively, different payment plans can be available for commissions if agreed upon.

There will be no refunds once I start working on your commission, unless I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.

I will require a 50€ deposit to lock your slot in the waitlist. This ammount is non-refundable and will later be substracted from the commission's total price.

Alternatively you can choose to pay 50% of the total commission price previously agreed upon to lock your waitlist slot and as part of a payment plan, and the rest once I can start working on your commission (you must have your PSD ready to rig to choose this).

This policy may not apply for commissions that only require adding extras/addons (like Vbridger, outfits, etc), as they might be treated differently within the waitlist.

Vtuber model commissions are considered commercial-use. You may use it for streaming/videos, etc.

I reserve the right to use my work as part of my portfolio.

Any files shared with me for a consultation (.PSD, .cmo3, .moc3, etc.) will be kept private and not be shared in any way with other parties other than the potential client, regardless of me accepting the commission or not.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media accounts, stream the working process, and use it as a sample, unless the model is planned to debut at a specific date and the client states their desire to keep the model private until then. After the model's debut, I will be able to do all the aforementioned things, like publicly post WIPs, process, showcases, etc.

You may not claim my work as your own, trade it under any circumstances, resell it without my permission, or put it up on a website to download for free.

In case of reselling the model, you are not allowed do so for a value that's higher than the model's original cost. New and old owners must inform me personally to transfer ownership.

Use of my work for any advertising or profits associated with cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens is strictly prohibited.

Use of my work to feed any kind of AI database or similar technology, and/or associating my work with these technologies in any way or form and without my permission, is strictly prohibited.
