You must credit me in a visible place on any social media or streaming platform that features your model (i.e. Twitter bio, Twitch/Youtube about, etc) using my Twitter handle: @Nowi_Rigs, Bluesky handle: @nowivt.bsky.social or a direct link to my Carrd/VGen profile if possible.

For Model Art commissions, a design or reference sheet must be provided.

For Live2D Rigging commissions, I do not hand over the .cmo3 file, except as described below in Section V.

For Live2D Rigging commissions, ensure that your model art is a ready to rig PSD file. Extra cutting can be provided at an added cost. Minor changes like cutting, cleaning and filling can be provided with the permission of the original Artist without added cost.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that commission.

Prices are in EUROS.

Payment: Accepted through Paypal or Vgen. Due when I am ready to begin work. 100% upfront unless a payment plan was agreed upon. Any non-refundable waitlist deposit already paid is deducted from this total.

Cancellations:

If Project Not Started: The Client may cancel and receive a full refund of commission cost, excluding non-refundable waitlist and payment-plan fees.

If Project In Progress: Once work begins, Client cancellations are non-refundable. If I cancel because I cannot complete the commission for reasons on my end, the Client will receive a refund for the unfinished portion, calculated based on the value of work completed.

If Project Completed: The Client must pay any remaining balance in full.

Chargebacks: If a chargeback is processed, the Client immediately relinquishes all ownership and rights to the commissioned work(s), regardless of the current stage of completion.

VGen Fee: If Vgen path is chosen, VGen's platform fee (currently ~5%) will be added to the client's total commission price.

Please keep in mind that if you contact me through VGen, I am obligated to continue the commission through the platform per their ToS.

Full payment (100%) upfront is accepted. 5% discount applies for those who choose to pay in full beforehand. Alternatively, the payment plans below are available.

50/50 split payment plan. You pay 50% upfront before I start working on the commission. The other 50% is paid after 30 days from the first payment and always before any file delivery. No additional fees.

50/25/25 split payment plan. You pay 50% upfront before I start working on the commission. You pay 25% after 30 days, and the remaining 25% after 60 days. An additional fee of 5% of total commission cost will be charged for those who choose this plan (before VGen fee is added).

25/25/25/25 split payment plan. You pay 25% upfront before I start working on the commission. You pay each remaining 25% after 30, 60, and 90 days respectively from the first payment, until all payments are completed. An additional fee of 10% of total commission cost will be charged for those who choose this plan (before VGen fee is added).

Payments are automated, you will receive a notification through a payment app when each payment date is reached.

Failing to pay within 48h of notification will result in the commission being automatically paused, and I will move on to the next one. When payment is resumed, work on the commission will resume. Delays in payment may in turn cause delays in final delivery.

10% deposit of the total commission cost to lock a slot in the Waitlist.

-Non-refundable, unless I am unable to start your commission for reasons on my end, or if I take more than 6 months from the date of the deposit to be able to start, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.

This amount will later be subtracted from the commission's total price.

Extra/add-on-only commissions (like Vbridger, outfits, etc), don't need to follow a waitlist process, and may be started immediately instead.

A completed, ready-to-rig PSD is required to book a waitlist slot, unless you choose the Chibi Art+Rig commission.

The time of completion for a VTuber model can greatly vary depending on type of commission, complexity of the model and number of extra features. In general, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. For this reason, please let me know beforehand if you have a set deadline or debut date so I can ensure the delivery before that date.

For delivery, a Google Drive link will be provided, leading to a .zip or .rar file. For model art commissions, this will contain various PNG files and a PSD file. For rigging commissions, it will contain the fully rigged .moc3, .json files, etc., needed for VTube Studio.

The .cmo3 file (editable file for Live2D) is not included and remains my intellectual property. In the event I am unable to complete the commission, it can be transferred directly to a new rigger of the client's choosing, not to the client themselves, at no additional cost.

Commercial Rights. VTuber model commission prices include commercial rights. You may use it on social media and video/streaming platforms.

Transferability. The Client may transfer or re-sell a model provided by me only for a value that's not higher than the commission's total cost. New and old owners must inform me personally to transfer ownership.

Modifications. Modifications and additions to a PSD model file are allowed as long as the original art itself isn't modified beyond simple cutting, cleaning or filling performed by the client or an external party.

I reserve the right to use my work as part of my portfolio, and post commissioned work on my social media accounts, stream the working process, and use it as a sample, unless the model is planned to debut at a specific date and the client states their desire to keep the model private until then. After the model's debut, I will be able to do all the aforementioned things, like publicly post WIPs, process, showcases, etc.

You may not claim my work as your own, trade it, or resell it except as described under Transferability above, or put it up on a website to download for free.

Use of my work for any advertising or profits associated with cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens is strictly prohibited.

Use of my work to train any AI database or similar technology, or associating my work with such technologies in any way without my permission, is strictly prohibited.

Communication will take place via VGen messages, Twitter DMs or, preferably, Discord.

Updates will be provided for each step of the commission that I complete (i.e., eye rig, head angles, model art sketch, etc.). I will continue to work while I wait for a response.

Clients may request updates at any time. However, please allow at least 7 days between update requests to respect my workflow and health. Keep in mind my work is sometimes slow, as I usually take more than one commission at a time and currently suffer from chronic cervicogenic headaches. I typically update once every 10-15 days, though it may take longer during health episodes or IRL priorities.
